Hi All,
A quick Captch question.
I've added a captcha to a marketing form and all seems to work well in preview. However when I have added the form hosting code to our website the captcha image disappears. Anybody encountered this before, and know a fix?
Thanks
Andrew
Hi Andrew,
Captcha element HTML source code looks like below:
<div data-editorblocktype="CaptchaBlock" data-captchaobjectname="WLSPHIP0"...
Please open browser developer tool(F12) to inspect whether captcha element had been generated
(for example, I added captcha after Email field, so I inspect Email field at first)
on your website, and check whether there is any error log in Console tab.
Regards,
Clofly
Thanks for this Clofly. That's a good help and got me closer to solution. Turns out the web CSS was hiding the image. A little code seems to have helped this.
Thanks again.
Do you mean that there is some custom CSS rule which hides image element on web page?
If so, you could remove the rule to make captcha display again because captcha is actually image element(img).
Hi Clofly.
That's it all working now.
Thanks again
