Preference Center Links

We've just started using the Real Time Marketing area and have created a series of emails for a campaign, but when testing these emails in a journey the links to our Preference Center in the email footer show the full url vs just the linked text 'Unsubscribe'. Why would this be? I have tried various ways of setting up these links but just can't seem to get it to work.

Hi Amanda,

You are almost there! You need to add it like you would a hyperlink.

Then add your personalisation from the compliance record, and pick Preference center.

Now you have used text in the footer, but linked it to the preference centre to make it a 'pretty link' rather than the full hyperlink.
