We have recently installed Power Apps, and the Expense management mobile app. From all accounts this was meant to work well.
However, when I am in /Receipts/, I can take a picture of a receipt. I then get the message /Receipt created successfully/, but then the receipt does not show up on the Receipts page.
But if I go into D365 Finops, the receipts are all there.
Can someone tell me why Receipts are not showing on my Receipts page on the mobile app.

Hi, Please note the following points: 1.The Expense Management mobile app requires Dynamics 365 Finance versions 10.0.37 - 10.0.1725.80 or higher. 2.Please follow the steps in the official documentation to add a receipt:Manage expenses by using the Dynamics 365 expense management mobile app | Microsoft Learn 3.Where do my receipts go? -Finance will contact Cognitive Services to extract the field data. Cognitive Services will retain a copy of your receipt for up to 24 hours while processing occurs. After processing is completed, Cognitive Services will remove the receipt.
