I created a Business Process Flow and it shows up for me. I gave permission to certain Security Role (Manager) to create, read, write act.
The Manager can't see the Business Process Flow on her side. She is using Google chrome. What did I miss? Why can't she see it?
Thank you,
Make sure you have provided access to the Manager.
e.g.
Hello Anna,
please check this document and see if you have given proper permissions required to the manager role
docs.microsoft.com/.../business-process-flows-overview
and also, if you can share what is your security role (Manager looks like) will be helpful to identify
Also does this happens to only security role (manager) users or it happens with user who has other security roles as well if it does not happen with other users try to compare the roles and see what's missing.
Hiya,
Have you new business process flow? i would recommend to check is business process flow enabled in app you are using also ordderr of business process flows when you have multiple.
Considerations:
> If you have rerecords associated with old BPF the new BPF not shown on existing records, however you can switch process manuaaly
> Security Role assigned
> BPF order set
> BPF added to the app sitemap
Hope this helps, if you please verify.
