Problem in Case creation method after adding a new process flow of email.

I am adding a new process for case, that is sending an email to CRM Users after creating a new case. But after that, Case can be created only through the portal, not by any internal users. Then I have to deactivate this email process for case creation as we need to create case from both portal & users sides. So is there any way to resolve this??

    You need to do one of the following:

    Allow user sending email (workflow)

    Send email via an admin user

    Yes, when we are going to save a new case, an error is showing & no case can be created by us.

    Are you seeing any error or Process not triggering or Case is not getting created ??
