Outlook App for OWA, Not opening specific record

Hello, 

I am working to configure Outlook App(OWA) for a user. 

When we received a mail from known record in CRM. Outlook App opens specific record.

In my case when i open Dynamics App in Outlook it opens first screen of App not specific record. 

Unable to find any option in CRM to fix this issue.
