Dear All,

I want to ask how to generate the outstanding amount of the Goods Received Invoice Not yet Received (with the necessary details vendor no, name and term of payment, receipt date, PO no & PO date, both in original & local currency.

do in AX2012R3 already have the report for requirement above ?

    you can access procurement and sourcing /inquiries /open purchase order line and filter by status Received

    also, you can access procurement and sourcing /reports /status /you have many reports just make filteration

    There is a standard GRNI Report available in AX2012R3.
