looking to see if Dynamics 365 Service has integration with DATTO RMM devices

Hi all,

I have a prospect that is a MSP and they are looking to see if Dynamics 365 Service has integration with DATTO RMM devices. They currently use Autodesk and want to go to Dynamics 365. Does someone has any info ?

Hi, friends! i just want to know if MS provided such integration. as we know , dynamics 365 could integrate with EXchange/linkedin and some others.

if i can download it from app source , that would be good.

Hi partner,

If you use a third-party product to integrate with D365, we can't provide you with great help.

DATTO RMM is not a Microsoft product and we cannot support it.
