Automatic Containerization And Container Close

Hi, I was testing to use automatic containerization as shown in this post :

My problem is, I can't do what this blog post said that when work is closed, container automatically updated to close. In my case, it is remain open. Does someone know what I'm missing?

I am using CU 8.

    You can clos the container by using the container close form.

    Warehousemanagement>>Common>>Container close

    Hi g.casillo, I change my reservation hierarchy setup. I use batch below location on reservation hierarchy, I don't know why automated packing won't do properly close container. But when I change to batch above location for my reservation hierarchy, it works perfectly. Try give it a shot.

    Hi Srinath Sundaresan, that's if you use manual packing but as far as I know, container close form can't be used for automated packing process

    I think you might be missing some setup.

    The containers are getting closed for me.

    Yes, the container close is for manual packing.

    I tried to follow the same steps what you said. But when I released the order my container still as open status.
