Flow creating lead without inserting values in some required feilds

I am using micosoft flow to automatically creating the lead from the excel online. however i am facing a issue , I have few forms some of the them have required feilds . But while creating a lead , these required information is not available in excel. is there a way , i can create a lead with only few fields. Thank you

    Hello,

    Make those fields that require value and you do not have those values in Excel non-required and set requirement level using either JavaScript or Business-Rules.
