Error when trying to disqualify an opportunity

Hi all,

I am a system admin and customiser and am getting the attached error when trying to disqualify an opportunity. Anybody got any ideas why this is happening? It is happening for various security roles, including salesperson, which is vital for our sales people to be able to do, as you can imagine.

I have had similar issues in past. It usually isn’t isolated to a person and I delete their browser cache and try again :). Try different browser as well.

Hi,

if you are using CRM online, i would suggest you to open a ticket to Microsoft asap.
