Issue with Business Events not trigger the flow

Dears,

I generated straightforward business events for initiating Batch job starts using the provided link. The flow in Power Automate doesn't kick off as expected. Could you offer further guidance on how to proceed? I managed to successfully set up change-based alert rules and linked them to the flow, which operates smoothly without encountering any issues. Any insights you could share would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Faqruddin,

When you create a Flow, this will create a business event if you use the FinOps trigger. Do you have an execution run history on your flow? If so, do they execute correctly or end in an error? If they execute without errors, is it configured to perform the correct steps?

I recreated the flow specifically for the legal entity DAT, and it's working . However, when I try to adapt the flow for other legal entities by changing the entity name in the flow, the batch job fails to trigger. Also I try new flow from scratch other legal entities but the batch example failed to trigger. There are no errors in business event catalog. But why the flow is only working for the DAT legal entity. What could be causing this discrepancy?
