Loyalty Points Earnings are not calculated

Hi,

When i add loyalty card on a pos transaction, and i calculate/post statement on ax client runtime, the loyalty points are not calculated.

But when i select a payment mode by loyalty card it's ok and i see the transaction on ax client runtime correctly

Initially I made a point adjustment to 200. The total points is decremented but never incremented.

Do you have an idea ?

This means the condition specified in the earning rules is not matching with the transaction. Make sure the earning rule is configured correctly.

if you are working on Test environment, try creating a simple earning rule and run.

    Hi,

The earning rule is simply. I have posted the rule on the screen capture.
How do you obtain a more easy rule ?

What is the class which check / calculate the earning points ?

    Hi All,

Loyalty points are not posted on POS if Decimal symbol is different from '.'

We use the module in a French retail system that uses decimal ','. So we changed our regional parameterization on the Pos and now it works.

As a precaution we will spend the CU8 Version and confirm with the original locale.

    Thank you.

I confirm, the CU8 version fixes this error.
