Hello,
Usually the text on top navigation is the app name. For some reason, in the solution I now develop for a client I see "Service" instead of the name of the app.
Does anyone know what I missed?

Hi,
Does this issue happen with the OOB App such as "Dynamics 365-custom" and "CRM Hub"?
BR,
Judy
I can reproduce your problem if I take the already installed Customer Service custom App and rename it to say Banana. There it continues to say Service even after I refresh everything. It's not the case when I create a custom application called Apple and rename it to Pear that changed to be Pear.
So are you sure you created a blank app when created the i-electric custom application as I can only reproduce your issue when I rename a Microsoft installed custom app... Personally I would recreate the custom app again and copy the sitemap from the old i-electric custom application to the new one...
Sorry but I do not understand you.
I did not do anything special to this client compared to other clients.
Just to be clear I'm in "i-electric" app whare I see "Service" instead of the name of the app.
I think you've opened up the default Dynamics 365 application for that client rather than the customised i-electric version as if you were in i-electric app it the ribbon bar would look like
with i-electric where the Sales Hub is above.
Don't forget that even if you create a custom application with its own custom sitemap the default application still exists and you can often end up there by default when you login.
