Hi, When I create an email template in Dynamics 365, I set it as a Case level template. I create the template and have it pulling all the information from where I want. The problem is that when i go to send the email through Outlook, I can't find it. I have changed the view to look in Templates for cases and I still can't find it. Here's the kicker, when I respond to an email through Dynamics 365, the template appears without any issue. Is there something I'm missing or doing wrong? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
