How to create new entity as a notification entity

Hello all

i was asking about the notification Entity , i tried to add it as an activity Entity but i failed, its virtual, my question is there any way to create a new activity entity same as the notification Entity 100% and the notification will appear at the bill icon as the below screen shot

Hello,

The question I have - what's wrong with OOB notification entities? As far as I know it works fine.

i need to create the notification from the + button same as tasks to be created on case or any regarding
