QR codes are generated for event registrations, but it is not visible on the event registration form in model driven app for Customer Insights - Journeys. We know that they are generated because when sending out emails the QR code is available in the email. Is there any other configuration that must be done to be visible in Event registration form?
Are you using the Real-Time event for registration?
I encountered the same issue as you when registering with the Real-time event.
I encountered this issue 1 or 2 months ago and suspected it was a bug.
As you said, although the QR code is not visible, the QR code can still be emailed and scanned to show the registration ID.
If you want to see the event register QR code, then you can use the Outbound marketing event to register it.
