I am trying to figure out what the best way is to add a life coaching service. Should this be an entity or an activity. The service will take place over 12 months and is broken down into phases with various tasks the client will need to complete before moving to the next phase. How do I make sure that this service is linked to the original "client" entity I created for all of my clients, whether or not they utilize the life coaching service. I want to be able to add assessment results and other documents to the individual client life coaching service record. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

looks like you should create an entity for coaching service and create business process flow on that entity to manage phases.
