We have a problem on the Field Service Mobile App (Android) that when you click the Flow button and select an On-Demand Flow you just get is a blank white screen with just the name of the Flow in the top left hand corner. Has anyone experienced this before and do they know how to resolve it?

That's the only quirk I'm aware of. Seems like support ticket time. Sorry I couldn't help more.
No there are no inputs on the steps that someone would need to complete during the running of the Flow.

You said not in that step. Does it have that anywhere in the flow? If so, there is a known problem with that on the mobile app.
No it doesn't have an Input in that step.
Do you have a step in the flow that is a "when a record is selected" step that is looking for an input? Ex. "reason for ____" and the flow waits for the blak to be provided a value?
I will try and explain in more detail if not I will log a support call as you suggest.
In the Field Service Mobile App we have created a Power Automate Instant Flow which we are trying to run within the Field Service Mobile App on a Samsung tablet. We navigate to the entity which we have created the Instant Flow against and click Flow.
We then select the Instant Flow we want to Run.
When we click that we just get a white screen with the title of the Instant Flow and nothing happens the screen just remains blank.
I have also tried using the App on a Samsung Mobile and get the same behaviour. If you run the Instant Flow using the desktop version we have no problem the Flow launches correctly and you can Run it. Hope this is more clear.

It is not clear from the description which buttons you're referring to. I would recommend filing a support request with Microsoft to help troubleshoot the issue.
