Can't not open Guides on Hololens

Hi all, 

Guides application work with no issue on the computer, but when we try to open the application inside the Hololens after have selected the environment we have a message who say contact your adminstrator.

I have updated Guides on Power Platform, and I'm running the latest version. Any suggestions on how to get this working?

    Hi,

    Please refer to the following documentation to install the Guides 'solution' in the environment first.

    Install and configure the solution

    Then refer to the following one to assign a Dynamics 365 Guides license to an existing user:

    Assign a Dynamics 365 Guides license to an existing user

    And assign a role for the user.

    Hi Aurore.Rainteau, it sounds like you have done the correct thing by double checking versions, roles, etc. Thank you for mentioning that. If you are still blocked, please open a support ticket as our engineers can check your configuration.

    1. Go to https://dynamics.microsoft.com/support/.

    2. Under Customer Engagement help + support, select GET SUPPORT.

    3. Find a phone number or submit a support request through the admin center.

    CSS is quite good at unblocking issues. Nevertheless you can also submit a Feedback Hub item, which will submit some extra data to our engineering team. To do this, read my instructions How to submit Guides repro steps & telemetry through Windows Feedback Hub and then let me know the rough date/time you submitted. I will find the feedback and take a look.
