Dynamics 365 Route to look in/up field blank

Hi

We are having an issue with some  users when they try to route an email.

The look up record field – Look in – IS BLANK and should be automatically looking up enable users.

It is auto selecting CUSTOM VIEW (which is blank)

This was working fine until yesterday. No changes have been made to our Dynamics 365 system by ourselves.

Can anyone advise if they have had this issue and how it was fixed?

Kind Regards

Vanessa

    Hi Vanessa,

Sorry for the late reply. I saw the latest update of BE : 'This train will be released to EMEA region on 2/1/2019.' So pls kindly validate the issue again, all the related Org should have been update to V9.1.0.2037 which already deployed the fix.

If the issue still exists , pls no hesitate to contact me again.

    Thanks.

    Regards

    Johnny

Unfortunately the weekend 'fix' didn't sort the issue out.

    Hi Vanessa,

After reviewing your screenshots, I found out the Customer View is blank which should be system exception. So I search the D365 Online bug base and truly found the bug logged about this issue.

Bug : For public queue, user lookup is empty since the lookup is filtering based on queue membership.

Currently there's no migration operations customer could do for this issue. While the fix release confirmed go live date is 25th Jan.

Hope the above info would help.

    Regards

    Johnny

    Good day Vanessa,

Have you tried to re-set the Enabled Users as default view like the following screenshot:
