Lock/Protect a Word Document from Print Management

Hello all.

Is there a way to lock/protect a Word document created from Print Management?

Original setup of these documents are Word templates (.dotx).

After saving the documents, the users sometimes edit the contents which would make information inconsistent with what's in AX.

    This has been resolved by setting Restrictions on the MS Word Template file.
