Hi,
I got a random question to ask, Is it possible to set an email to have High Importance flag on it. Is this something Dynamics CRM offers Out-of-the-box or is there any custom way to achieve this so that it would greatly help in spotting emails that are urgent. Please suggest.

For now, there is no OOB feature to send an email with High importance flag-
