Online downtime

I have an online tenant

The sandbox instance is disabled for 10 days now due to a backup restore that went wrong

A ticket has been submitted on the first day but MSFT fail to restore a backup, any backup.

Had someone experience that before?

It is very risky and i am wondering about the next steps.

    Hi,

    If you have raised the ticked to MS. You could ask them to escalate to BE Team asap and you could adjust the case to severity and needs 24*7 support if it's really urgent. We met the similar issue when we did the restore operation which made the Instance disabled. We asked BE Team to help us re-enable the Instance and do the restore operation for us. It also cost nearly two weeks. I don't consider they even could not restore to the system backup point. You can keep following up with them which is also their duty.
