Related record field show in entity in crm 365 on creation of another entity record

Hi All,

In below Technical Activity entity it has subgrid with campaign activity & feedback link will get update from service call .If we open this link & submit the feedback then one record will get created in one entity suppose Feedback Response entity.

Now how can we identify this feedback is submitted for which technical activity how can we find.

I am thinking to create one n: 1 lookup field in Feedback Response entity with technical activity but thing is will this technical activity will gets updated automatically or any approach to set this.
