If you mean Once the current time equals the end time then let the system send email, there is no OOB way to do this. We could not use current time as a condition in OOB workflow.
You should create a custom workflow with C# and then add this as a realtime workflow.

i tried, but it didnt work. Why should "status reason" change when "scheduledend" is equal to now?
Is it possible to have somethling like: if "Fälligkeit (scheduledend)" is now then send mail?

You could create a workflow based on Task entity and set the condition as when "Reason result" equals "completed" and then send an email.
