CRM plugin registration error

While trying to update plugin assembly using Plugin Registration Tool, getting below error:

Unhandled Exception: System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'System.Net.Http.DelegatingHandler' from assembly 'mscorlib, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'.
