Remove Member Button in Marketinglist disappeared

Hi,
we are facing the problem that the "Remove Member" Button in (static) Marketinglists (which used to be visible above the member list) disappeared. Removing list members is only possible via "Manage Members" now. We already had this problem in June. That time we could fix it making the "Locked" field visible in the form.
Now the button disappeared again although the "Locked" field is visible.
This issue is appearing in all static an NOT locked Marketinglists.

Does anybody have the same problem? And did anybody maybe find a solution yet?
