Hi all
We add some user's to debug group but they can't debug, they restart their machines and still with the same error.

On which machine were they added to this group? Is it the same machine where they are trying to debug?
It's in the same machine and all user connect by RDP.
Did they logout/login with RDP after you made this change?
yes, even we restart server.
What's the Windows version on the Remote server? In the doc page ([View:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamicsax-2012/developer/how-to-enable-the-debugger:750:50]) it says:
On some operating systems it is necessary to run the debugger with administrator privileges. The operating systems on which this is necessary include Microsoft Windows 7 SP1, and Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.
Finally the problem was solved.
The problem was for connect to one AOS we have several TS, and I have to add this debbug group in each TS.
