Meaning of Status Reason of Disqualifying a Lead Record

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

If you Disqualify a record, you’ll have the option of entering a reason why it is disqualified – Lost, Cannot Contact, No Longer Interested, or Canceled.

Could anyone show me the circumstances for each reason, please?

They're fairly open-ended.  You can even think of them as suggestions for your own disqualifying reasons.  But here's a high-level.

Lost - You lost this lead to a competitor

Cannot Contact - You can't actually get in front of this lead

No Longer Interested - They have decided not to buy anything at all

    Canceled - All other reasons
