Cant access Customer Voice application

Dear Community-Members,

we are currently experiencing an issue with the access to  Customer Voice. 

Even though we have the Dynamics Marketing license we are not seeing an option within the Dynamics Admin portal to add Customer Voice to a user nor enter the application via. customervoice.microsoft.com ==> An error message appears that we should contact our administrator since the user it not activated for Customer voice. (But we dont find the option to add the application to a user).

As far as I know, Dynamics Marketing should include Customer Voice?.

In the power apps admin portal it shows customer voice within our environment.

    Can you send an email to customervoice@microsoft.com with your tenant id to help investigate this issue ? There is no known outage or issue with Customer Voice application.

    Hi, have you turned on the feature switch in the Marketing application? After turning on the feature switch, make sure to hit save in the top right corner of the setting page.

    Newmayer2384 - users with Dynamics 365 marketing USL license should be able to access customervoice (by going directly to customervoice.microsoft.com) -- non D365 marketing users, can get Customer Voice but you need to assign Customer Voice license to the user.
