Dear Community-Members,
we are currently experiencing an issue with the access to Customer Voice.
Even though we have the Dynamics Marketing license we are not seeing an option within the Dynamics Admin portal to add Customer Voice to a user nor enter the application via. customervoice.microsoft.com ==> An error message appears that we should contact our administrator since the user it not activated for Customer voice. (But we dont find the option to add the application to a user).
As far as I know, Dynamics Marketing should include Customer Voice?.
In the power apps admin portal it shows customer voice within our environment.
