Delete data from SubscriptionTrackingDeletedObject on CRM online

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello everyone,

The size of one of our instance has drastically increased. From organization insights, we found that most of the data is being consumed by SubscriptionTrackingDeletedObject entity.

The instance being an online instance, we do not have access to SQL. Can I request you guys to help us out on the issue?

Any inputs/suggestions etc would be helpful & appreciated :)

Thank you

    Hi Mehaboob,

Ravi's suggestion is correct. You should contact Microsoft and request the data deletion of "SubscriptionTrackingDeletedObject" entity which may delete related records.

In addition, I suggest you could refer to the following other 10 methods to help you free Instance storage space.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../free-storage-space

    Best Regards

    Johnny

    Hi,

This is an internal entity and doesn't support the delete message. This means that there is no way you can delete records from this entity. The best options is to contact Microsoft and request the deletion.

    Hope this helps.
