Dynamics 365 Online Portal

Hi,
I started configuring Dynamics portal yesterday evening for one of my client, i can see the status as configured in the D365 Admin centre, I can access the portal admin page, but when i browse to the portal site, it is still saying portal provisioning even after leaving it run throughout the night, did anyone experienced this?
Do you think restarting the portal may fix this? any thoughts?

    Yes. Try restarting the Portal.

    If not than open a support ticket with Microsoft.
