    Hello Hassan,

Have you tried using this selection?

Note, that you can specify a range of customer accounts in the first line.

As an alternative you can also select the customer group field in the first selection line to get the Report data for this customer group only.

    Hope it helps,

    Ludwig

    Hello Hassan,

You Need to extend the query of the report by doing a right click and selecting the related tables.

I tried the following and could identify the status field.

Please note that I have not tested the outcome and leave it to you :-)

    All the best,

    Hello Hassan,

Please try to use a different way how you extend the report query through 1:n or n:1 connections. You might need some time to test the correct specification for your query but I am pretty sure that you can extract the data that you need.

    All the best,

    Ludwig
