How can I increase the maximum records displayed from 10 to 50 for the Documents Associated Grid in Dynamics integration with SharePoint?

Thanks for letting me know Editable Grid was a solution for this issue.

I found it.. go to SharePoint Document entity in the solution , go to controls tab , add control, editable grid, select the web and tablet to be the editable grid.  Now the grid will display with the right paging per what was selected on records per page.

How did you make the Documents Associated Grid editable since it is not insertable on a form and the tab it shows on "documents" is not visible for configuration?

okay so I see it switching from 1-25 to 1-10 and putting Load More literally as screen is displaying.. so the screen itself is overriding the setting.  I will try editable grid to see if it gets rid of Load More...

The above Options -> Records Per Page doesn't seem to affect the Documents Associated Grid for SharePoint documents. It only affects the other lists and grids in Dynamics.

Yes but users do not want to have to click "Load More" to see all the documents.  Is there a way to show all the documents instead of "load more"

    Hi Rebecca,

I wasn't aware there was a limit.  I checked my own instance and can confirm that with more than 10 documents, you should be able to Load More and/or Navigate through the list.

If it were an Editable Grid for example, then we should be able to navigate through the various pages as per following example:

    EditableGrid.PNG

Now I'm not sure if you're limiting the records via Only Show Records where specific criteria is met as discussed in the following article:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/make-grids-lists-editable-custom-control

Maybe there's a customization or business rule etc. that is limiting the current view, just a thought.  Let us know what you find based on the above comparisons as there shouldn't be a limit that I know of.

    Cheers,

    Allan
