It is possible. Best way to find out is to assign license and check.
Thanks All for answers, but I am system administrator and i have permision. I think that my problem is bacause I have purchased only Microsoft PowerApps Plan 2 and Office 365 Business Premium. I do not have a Dynamics 365 Plan. Is that the reason? What do you think?
Ensure user security role has read privilege for currency to see the currencies

You are missing the currency privilege under business management tab. Assign the read privilege to the security role that user associates to.
