Split delegation of Workflows

I would like a couple of my workflows delegated to colleague "X" and the rest delegated to colleague "Y". The help says that I can allocate 'ALL' or individual workflows. If I allocate the specific workflows to "X", will I have to allocate all of the others individually or can I use the "ALL" function for the remainder?

Hi,

Yes, you can do the setup with some specific workflow configurations for user "X" and the remaining on all for user "Y".

The delegate is searched for specific workflows first, then the module, then all. It will only pick one delegate. The start date/time is also considered in case there are multiple active delegates for the same workflow. The most recent start date has the priority.
