I'm looking for some guidance regarding the suppression list functionality in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys.
Is there currently any supported way to:
Create a segment that includes contacts/leads whose email address is on the CI Journeys suppression list?
Access the members of the suppression list through Dataverse, APIs, Power Automate, or any other supported mechanism?
Query the suppression status of contacts in a way that can be used for segmentation, reporting, or automation?
On contact records, I can see the Contactability status showing:
Will not send
Reason: Email on suppression list
However, I haven't found a way to use this information in segments or retrieve all suppressed contacts centrally.
Has anyone found a supported approach for this, or is the suppression list currently only evaluated by the sending infrastructure and not exposed for segmentation?
Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
