AX 2009 report save to PDF file, got error

Hi Friends,

We got a very weird problem for a single user. Other users with same profile/permission have no problem with same report.

When user save invoice report to pdf file, got 'Attempting to read illegal array index'.

We delete .auc file, refresh user profile, clean up usage data. None of them worked.

Any idea?

Many thanks,

River

    Hi!!

    You have adove reader installed?

    Can delete temporal configuration.

    www.dynamicsaxlatino.com/como-limpiar-cache-de-dynamics-ax

This drop all custom from user and recovery default configuration.

    Hi Roberto,

We cleaned up usage data, .auc files. Have adobe installed, other reports are fine.

Sorry, I don't understand Spanish in link.

Found problem, it's user's font causing PDF fail, a wild one.

    To Sandeep,

You go to user's profile, there is tab for font setting, you change it to whatever same as other users, it should work.

I guess the problem is caused by PDF since it doesn't have the same font as AX.
