How to change the sales order status open though X++ in AX 2009

Hi all,

Sales order has been invoiced through manual process.

Is it possible to make it the sales order in Open order status again through X++?

I mean then user can do packingSlip, Invoice manually again if required?

Customer wants to do for one specific sales order. 

Please give me more shed on this

    I can give you advice, but I'm not going to do all your work for you. I also don't have any AX 2009 environment anymore.

    First of all, are ou sure you need any code at all?

    Try the manual process. If you don't know how to do it manually, don't try to automate it. Learn the basics first and then build on top of them.

    Think about your requirements, especially whether you want to revert or lines or just selected ones.

    Then look on the internet for information about invoice posting. An extra keyword you might find useful is FormLetter.

    Yes, it can be done. But before you can write any code, you must understand the process. And if it's just for a single order, writing code likely isn't worth it.

    You can re-open the order by posting a credit note (a negative invoice). For example, look at How to Correct a Posted Invoice.
