Hi,

Can you provide more description of the problem (such as page path, etc.)? I can go to my test environment to check the problem for you and check whether there is a populated field in my environment. When did you have this problem? Anyway, please provide more information to help us solve the problem.

Hi,
I recommend to check if you have activated the "Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations" token for sending the declaration via HMRC. In order to troubleshoot the issue check step by step on Digital Tax for VAT in Dynamics 365 Finance UK - YouTube. We have followed this video and delivered the tax payment.
