Picking slip and packing slip / invoice and delivery on hold in credit and collection

 can invoicing and delivery on hold d365 affect order shipping in sales and marketing, which error message does it display when shipping packing slip.
 
Once selected invoice in credit and collection in invoice and delivery on hold, will it affect in Oder shipping in sales and marketing?
 
for generating invoice, error message pops up and says customer account is stopped or sales order is stopped

    This will triggered an error saying " Customer account is stopped"
