Deletion Approval of Already Approved Documents

Addition of feature for users not to be able to cancel approved PO's without approval. Currently if a user wants to delete an approved PO there is no notification or approval request sent to the approver. I have tried to implement a workflow for this but I cannot find something that triggers approval request when an approved record is changed, deleted or cancelled.

    If an already approved document needs to be changed then you have to re-open it. At that point you have to submit it for approval again. Essentially restart the approval process from the beginning. This process works the same way for new or existing documents that had changes made to them. 
     
    Regarding notifications for deleted or cancelled documents, that's not something the NAV workflows will do out of the box.

    Hi, as far as I know this requires customization and is not a standard feature.
