Which users in the organization needs the Customer Voice license?
Is it required for the users which are going to create and send the surveys only? Or do also the users which only are going to read the result also need the license?
All of the users has Customer Engament Professional, not Enterprise, so we de need to purchase a license for Customer Voice. But if we can keep it at a level for only a few it saves our customer for quite some bucks.

Currently to log in to customer voice, the users need to have the $0 USL (user license) assigned, that is there is no cost for the user license but one has to pay for the Add-On which is for the responses. The reports are accessible for logged in users today. However, we are working on introducing a role specifically to view the responses that does not need license as part of our roadmap this year.
