How is the Sentimental Analysis work in MSE?

Dear All,

I had a question from one of our customers regarding MSE.

Regarding Sentimental Analysis, what mechanism drives MSE to detect social media posts having postive, negative and neutral comments?

Also, how to get #hastag related posts reflected in MSE.

lets say i had added a hashtag #sajin. Doesnt MSE populate data based on the defined hashtag?
