Hi Everyone,

Recently I just develop power automate to create a customer profile in D365 but when we want to write information in D365 I got error like this image.

"An error has occurred.  Write failed for table row of type 'CustCustomerV3Entity'. Infolog: Warning: Matching record with key 'ReliefGroupId': OKT TAICAN for the data source 'TaxGSTReliefGroupHeading_MY' does not exist.
clientRequestId: e4ace4d6-d20e-4f4f-8789-346f72a1fded"

Can someone guide me how to solved it? I test with entity "Customers","CustomersV2","CustomersV3", Error is the same.

Note that the last reply applies to data management, but Thanakorn seems to be using the F&O connector (backed by OData), not a data management API.

    Hi,

As Martin suggested, The entity that needs to be used is CustCustomerV3Entity and this is the entity that's the latest entity version for Customers.

To answer your question on creation of new records, you need to export a csv template through Data Management from D365 FO ; add the required information and then import it (if you are after data migration). Else you can use PowerAutomate by exposing the entity and its relevant method postGetStagingData().

Happy to answer questions, if any.

Your verified answer contains just a Google search phrase, which does not really explain anything and therefore it wouldn't help anyone looking for an answer in this thread. Please provide an actual answer. Many thanks.

CustomersV3 is the latest version of the entity; you should use that.

The idea that CustomersV3 can't be used to import customers is a bad one. It's the the correct entity; either you're using it in a wrong way and or the entity is broken (e.g. by a wrong customization) and the right approach is fixing it.

    Thank you for your reply,

I try to send only mandatory field to test on this entity but the response sound like "I can't save" and error show "ReliefGroupId field" reference to TaxGSTReliefGroupHeading_MY table.

My question is what is entity that I can write in it like I create new records in D365?
I test with entity "Customers","CustomersV2","CustomersV3", Error is the same.

It means that you're sending a wrong value in ReliefGroupId field. It's a reference to TaxGSTReliefGroupHeading_MY table, but the record with ReliefGroupId = 'OKT TAICAN' doesn't exist there.
