I Wonder if anyone can help me or provide some thoughts.... I am trying to get an alert using a system view. ie i have created a system view of cases which are nearing SLA breach or have breached, which is simple but i was wondering if there is a way that i can send a further email notification once this case or all cases has been resolved. What i am trying to achieve is an email to notify there is a case in this view and then a email notification when there are no entries in the view, how this is not on a individual basis but collective.
For example if a case breaches at 10.00am and then a further case is breached at 10.30am, there would be the two cases in my view. If case 1 is resolved, i am not interested in getting a notification that this individual case has been resolved as case 2 is still in the view, when case 2 has been resolved and no further cases have breached, therefore no cases are in the system view, then i want an email alert to be sent, ie informing me presently there are no cases in a nearing or breach state
I hope this makes sense, and would love to hear if anyone has any thoughts on how i could achieve this

Why can't you do some kind of workflow that matches this criteria that runs when a case is resolved? If no cases are nearing or breach state, send email and run when each case is closed. It does nothing if there are still cases in the breach area but email if there are none.
