Return Order - Reset Batch Disposition

hi

I have a return order that I have scanned into my warehouse, setting the disposition as CREDIT.

The items then get reviewed/checked and some need to be scrapped.

I would like to 'reset'/change the disposition code on the line.. is this possible?

thanks

    Hello James,

Try to go to your return order. Then under the lines, click update lines and registration.

You should be able to select your line registered and split it.

Then, you select the one you want to change the disposition code, and clic add registration line, and confirm it. It will reverse your registration transaction.

Then you can registrer as you were doing (or directly on the return order it will be quicker I guess) the remaining quantity with the correct disposition code.

    Regards.

    Hi Yohann

That is excellent! Thanks - it is working.

I'm stuck on the next step when posting the delivery note.. can you assist with the below issue? (or should I open a new KB question)?

    Your welcome.

You should usually create a new case for another issue. But, in here it's seems you have forget to fill the location somewhere in the quarantine order. Your item is setup to site / warehouse / location.

    Thanks Yohann

I read somewhere on another article, that when the delivery note posts for items with disposition code SCRAP, a quarantine order is created in the system (opened and then closed).

Where would I setup the quarantine order setups?

    Hi Yohann

Let me open a new KB query for this one.. I think its a bit more in-depth
