Is it possible to show Proposed Bookings on the schedule board without having to expand.

It is not obvious to anyone that there is an opportunity that exist for them to even consider expanding.

I am using the status of Proposed.

Thanks

This behavior cannot be changed, the only indication for the existence of any booking is the <Expand> symbol next to the resource image. The only workaround is to use the hourly board.

We set up a "tentative" booking status and changed the color on the schedule board to easily differentiate:

We also prevented the techs from logging into tentative bookings.

awesome, can you share how you did this?

    Sure.

In Field Service Resources > Booking Statuses I created a Booking status called Tentative.

    Name: Tentative

    Status: Committed

    Field Service Status: Scheduled

When you click on the common tab you can set the status color (we used F9FF45 for yellow)

Restricting techs from clocking into the booking was done on the mobile app (resco). Not sure if you're using that, but on the Bookable Resource Booking form we changed the "On Save" to add conditions to throw an error message if the bookingstatus equals tentative. We have a bunch of additional conditions in there as well, so a screenshot won't tell the whole story.

Let me know if you have any questions and we can connect.

    Thanks,
    Dave
