Installation and Update of Customer Insights - Journeys failing

Hi Community,
 
I am trying to install Customer Insights - Journeys, but it keeps failing. I am System Administrator and have successfully installed one instance on the test environment. I also wanted to install a solution only instance on the dev environment, but this one keeps failing with no error code and the only thing I can do is 'Try again'.
I also tried to update the app on the test environment, but it is also failing now. 
 
Please let me know if you know how to fix this.

    Hi,
    i also wanted to install a solution only instance on our dev environment and meet the same issue.
     
     
    Finally i open a support ticket and now we're in contact with Microsoft support.
     
    I suggest to you to do the same in order to fix the issue.

    Hi,
     
    According to the official documentation.
    You can visit the Installation Management area of Customer Insights-Journey to see if the developer environment is an available environment.
     
    In my testing, since I was using the trial version. So, it can't be installed for other environments.
     
    If the developer environment is an available environment, you can follow the instructions in the official documentation for troubleshooting.
